Pioneer Equity Investment Fund (Open-End)

The Fund invests in equities of Polish enterprises concentrating on most profitable and best managed companies. Thus long-term profits attained by investors should be significantly higher than the return rate of indices on the entire equities market.
The Fund`s investment objective is long-term growth of asset value achieved by outdistancing the benchmark, which entirely reflects the WIG index.
Investment Limitations:
The Fund will invest no less than 60% of its assets in equities.
The Fund is recommended to clients who are oriented towards a dynamic growth of their investments, but at the same time accept risk involved with changes on the stock market.
Investment Policy:
In the stock selection process both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria of companies as well as macroeconomic indices are applied.
Basic quantitative assessment criteria:
current and projected profits,
cash flow,
ratio of company debt to its capital,
market value of the company in relation to its revenues.
Basic qualitative assessment criteria:
quality of production line and state of production equipment,
value of the trademark,
distribution network,
whether a company has an investor or a strategic partner,
company`s prospects for growth (demand for its products, need to develop its infrastructure)
Minimum payment to the fund: 500 PLN (opening a register), 100 PLN (each following payment).
